Jenny joined the Pet Medical Center team in August 2015. She is both a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). She graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2003 and became a CVT, and then she decided to continue her education. She received her bachelor’s in veterinary hospital management from St. Petersburg in 2008. She passed her CVPM exam in January 2013.
Jenny is currently a founding member of the Oklahoma Network of Veterinary Practice Managers and a current member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. In 2006, she was named Arkansas Veterinary Technician of the Year.
She is married to Mike and they have three amazing daughters. She is also a multi-level Girl Scout Troop Leader, has a massive Disney obsession, and owns a dog-sitting business! Jenny and her family are currently owned by an aptly named Boston terrier, Goofy!
Erin joined the Pet Medical Center team in September 2013 as a kennel assistant and took on the role of office manager in March 2015. She graduated from Putnam City High School in May 2010. She is currently attending the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in physical education/health, and plans to graduate in December 2019. After graduation, she hopes to be a health teacher and strength conditioning coach at Putnam City Schools.
Erin started in the veterinary field because she thought she wanted to become a veterinarian, but after she realized her passion for teaching, she stayed in the veterinary field because she loves interacting with our patients and clients. They are the best!
Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, watching movies, archery, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Justin, have three dogs, Bella, Snooks, and Schona, and three cats, Sassy, Toulouse, and Sophie.
Client Care Specialist
Kamille joined the Pet Medical Center team in June 2015. She was born and raised in Oklahoma and received a BA in strategic communications from UCO. She has three cats, Loki, Bella, and Aurora, and three dogs, Theodore, Toby, and Ghost.
She joined our staff because she gets to play with puppies and kittens all day! Outside of the clinic, her favorite activities include fishing, hunting, and reading.
In-Patient Care Supervisor
Pattie has worked with the Pet Medical Center of Edmond since July 2008. She graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in 1978 with a BA in finance.
Pattie has three children, Gina, Zeb, and Erin, and seven wonderful grandchildren. Other additions to Pattie’s family are her cat, Halloween; dog, Grimm; a guinea pig named Tank; and a gecko named Lizzy.
During Pattie’s free time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, reading, hiking, and fishing.
Melissa joined the Pet Medical Center team in May 2012. Melissa’s career in the animal field started in 2001 when she got a job as a playtime tech at a local boarding facility. Since then she has worked as a vet assistant in Southern California, and she earned her certification as a vet assistant in Texas. In 2007 she moved back to Oklahoma City and joined the team at the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Hospital, where she was employed for two-and-a-half years.
Melissa and her mom share their house with five four-legged creatures: three cats, named Mork, Adeline, and Racket, and two Cairn Terriers, named Rosie and Ivy.
Melissa enjoys participating in the Society for Creative Anachronism and playing in the Oklahoma City Community Handbell Choir. She is also working toward her veterinarian technician registration through the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
Tera joined the Pet Medical Center team in March 2015. She started in the veterinary field in 2012 after spending 20 years in medical billing. Tera’s home includes many creatures including two cats, two dogs, four rats, one guinea pig, and two snakes.
When Tera was younger, she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and started college as a pre-vet major. She ended up as an English lit major! When she finally got the opportunity to work as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic, she jumped on it. She has now been moved over to the role of veterinary assistant.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and listening to music. She is a huge fan of the Foo Fighters and playing the saxophone.
Megan joined the Pet Medical Center team in June 2015. She received her associate’s in general science and her bachelor’s of science in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She plans to attend veterinary school at OSU. She and her fiancé live in Oklahoma City with their pets. Her “kids” are Magnus the harlequin Great Dane, Bear the Great Dane/Newfoundland cross, Arsenal the Cane Corso Mastiff, and Hydra the Presa Canario Mastiff mix. Her non-canine animals include a Bearded dragon and an African Sulcata tortoise.
Megan works in veterinary medicine because she has always had a strong interest in the medical field and she is passionate about animals. She has an interest in various species including small animals, large animals, and exotics. She has always been one to help and advocate for those who are unable to help themselves. Megan has worked as a veterinary assistant for over a year and hopes to start veterinary school in the Fall of 2017. She can’t wait to see where veterinary medicine takes her!
In her spare time she enjoys hiking and camping with her dogs, horseback riding, swimming, and fishing. She owns, shows, and rescues Great Danes and has a passion for all giant breeds. She participates in an Oklahoma Great Dane Club along with giant breed dog rescues. She loves spending time with her friends and family.
Animal Care Attendant
Christina has worked at PMC since September 2015. She is currently enrolled at OSU-OKC and studying to become an environmental and breeding conservationist.
She has always had a love and passion for helping animals. Christina joined our team to learn and explore the options available to further her passion. PMC has inspired her to pursue a career in conservation, and she dotes on every animal with treats, love, and play parties while they are here with us!
Christina is currently owned by her two children: Milo, a rat terrier/Chihuahua mix, and California, a tiger calico.
Jessica is an Oklahoma native. She grew up in Edmond and attended the University of Central Oklahoma. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Jessica joined the team at PMC this summer as a veterinary assistant with hopes to attend vet school in the future. She is currently owned by three dogs (Blue, Teddi, and Ziggy) and one cat (Lucy). When not at work, Jessica spends her time reading and gardening!
Taylor was born and raised in Laverne, OK. She grew up around veterinary medicine: her mom is a veterinarian and owner of her own clinic in Laverne! Taylor went to school at Heritage College Veterinary Technician Program, where she was the VP of the Veterinary Technician Student Association (VTSA). She passed her state and national exams in April 2016. Taylor has three dogs and one cat.
Gina relocated to Edmond in May 2016 and joined the Pet Medical Center team in August 2016. She graduated from North Oklahoma College in 1986 with an associate’s degree in business administration. Gina is currently attending OSU-OKC and plans to apply to the Cardiovascular Sonography program in May 2017.
She has two children and two grandchildren with whom she loves spending as much time as possible. She lives with her best friend, a dog named Speck who is a border collie/Catahoula hound mix. Speck wakes Gina up every morning so they can go on a walk together! Gina plans to search out opportunities to volunteer in the community, especially in the area of animal rescue and care.
Aubrey graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2016 with a B.S. in biology and a minor in criminal justice. She is currently applying to veterinary school and hopes to attend either OSU, Texas A&M, KState, or UC Davis. She is owned by two Pembroke Welsh Corgis (Ezra and Desmond) and one miniature Daschund (Buddy). Aubrey also has one grumpy ol’ hedgehog named Nguyenslow!
Aubrey’s goal is to become a veterinarian for small animals and exotics as well as an Animal Cop. Her dream is to expand the Humane Society into something like the ASPCA, where she has the ability to help save animals out in the field and help family pets. When not working, she collects Die Cast cars, and she loves the Fast and the Furious, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. She is also a huge gamer and plays X-Box and Playstation.
